Lynne worked on a large-scale mural project that ran throughout the modern languages block. The mural design was based on the workshop ideas that a group of Year 9 students developed. ‘We took one of the themes which incorporates the dandelion head and seeds to represent the ‘seeds of knowledge’ flowing through the corridors of the department.’ The dandelion heads were featured in the specific focal-point areas of the corridor. The mural incorporated the word ‘welcome’ in four different languages.
