Sudbury Hall's Museum of Childhood shows aspects of the life of children over the past 200 years. It houses fascinating displays about children from the 18th century onwards.
Project commissioned by The National Trust
The museum is currently closed as it is being refurbished and will be re-opened with new exhibits in March 2008. The museum will feature a range of exhibits, games and displays over a range of different rooms. Lynne was selected by the National Trust to consult with different community groups on this project. Her focus was on the ‘Home Gallery'. Students were consulted over how the museum could use the ceiling space creatively. The film, photographs and designs from the consultancy period will be shown as part of an exhibition at the museum when it re-opens in 2008.
