Lynne is an artist, creative consultant and a creative industries business mentor. Lynne works on many large-scale public arts projects with a range of high-profile clients including Westfield, Balfour Beatty and the National Trust. Lynne currently provides a range of mentoring and training experiences to schools, businesses and the Creative Industries. Lynne has mentored on The Critical Friends Programme through Creative Partnerships, Derby and Q Arts and mentored artists working in schools. Lynne works as a mentor on 'REFLECT' the National Co-mentoring Programme. Lynne has also mentored on the StepUP Programme to deliver arts training aimed at Black and Minority Ethnic Artists and performers.
Lynne is an advocate of the creative industries particularly advocating the importance of the role of the artist as businessperson and educator. Lynne strongly supports arts in education and supports others to forge a sustainable force of creativity in both education and community settings.
