Digital & creative businesses celebrate success at Derby QUAD’s Mainframe Awards 2019.
On Thursday 11th April, the digital/creative people and businesses were once again highlighted at the regions biggest celebration of local talent. The award ceremony was a fabulous event with the audience being entertained by the musical talents of Will Turner from Hot House Music and the awards were hosted by Adam Buss, CEO of QUAD, who said “It is a pleasure to once again be celebrating the digital and creative talent of our region. Mainframe, though The Big House programme, is championing the growth of local creative people and businesses in addition to helping the wider community to see the valuable contribution they make to the local economy. The Mainframe network is proving to be an invaluable hub for Derby’s thriving digital and creative community.” I was over-the-moon to receive a Mainframe Award! Accepting the Mainframe Award for Digital/Creative Unsung Hero was a very special moment for me. I am fortunate and privileged to have a career in the Creative Industries, doing a job I absolutely love and working with some truly inspirational people. It has been a real honour to be recognised for this work and awarded this accolade.
